Do you love Christmas as I do?  I have lived seven decades plus and have wonderful memories of family times at Christmas.  I remember, fires crackling in the fireplace in the living room where the Christmas tree reigned supreme and smelled so-o-o-o good;   helping Mother cut up the candied fruit and pecans for the fruit cakes and cookies she'd make; the reading of the birth of Jesus from the Bible; the excitement of wrapping packages and anticipating what was in those wrapped packages with my name on them; enjoying Christmas music; my imagination concerning Santa's visit; and the love I felt so strongly among family members.  I was so blessed to be born to a mother and daddy who taught me to love Jesus and understand His sacrifice for me through His death on the cross.  Christmas was and is about all of these things.

  At LifeCare we're all about sharing Jesus' love with young women, men, and children . Our Christmas prayer for all those we help and care about is that their focus will be on Jesus and experience how His presence in their lives will help them grow into precious families that will be sound, stable, and responsible  human beings.
