Each year ladies from the community gather for a special tea time to celebrate the work and ministry of LifeCare of Brandon. Tea Hostesses decorate and invite 8 – 10 women to fill their tables. Tea Program includes special music, speaker or drama, a ministry update and vision and most importantly, life-changing testimonies from clients whose lives have been touched through the ministry of LifeCare.

Hostess Resposibilities:

• Commit to filling your table with 8 or 9 ladies.
• Register your ladies or direct them to the registration site on the LifeCare webpage.
• Ensure they have directions to the facility as well as an overview of the mission and purpose of LifeCare.
• Commit to attending the Hostess Happenings orientation, setting up your table on Friday evening and getting to the tea early to greet your guest.
• Share with your guests that the purpose of this event is fundraising so they are not uncomfortable with the request for pledge for support.
• HAVE FUN!

Attendee Responsibilities:

• Register on-line
• Designate whether you have a table hostess or are attending individually.
• Write the date on your calendar!!!!
• Prepare to come and be blessed by the LifeCare program that will encourage you that God is moving in a huge way!
• Prayerfully consider how you will support LifeCare through donations of time, talent, or money and come prepared to commit those donations!
