Tee off with us at our 9th Annual Golf Tournament!  This is LifeCare of Brandon's premier fund raiser each year, and your participation is key to the success of our mission.  Whether you participate as a golfer, team captain, or sponsor, you'll be helping hundreds of girls make the right decisions for life.  This year's tournament will be held at River Hills Country Club, 3943 New River Hills Parkway, Valrico, Florida 33596.

• Make your location unique by creating a challenge hole. All concepts must approved by tournement director.
• You may provide your own tent.

Prize Contribution Sponsor
• Non-cash merchandise and gift certifi cates will be used as golfer prizes, door prizes, or silent auction items.
