How are things?  Been in any messes lately? Having issues in your relationships?  Have you blown your purity and you wonder how you let that happen?

Life’s stuff is hard!  I've discovered something that makes dealing with life’s stuff easier.  It’s a daily walk with Jesus.  How in the world does one walk with Jesus and establish a relationship with Him?  Our world is so-o-o-o noisy and busy.  So you need to set aside a time everyday (I prefer morning) and a special spot that is reasonably quiet; go there and be still.

The tools you need are the Bible, maybe a devotional book (found at Amazon on the Internet or any Christian book store), notebook, and pen.  When you begin this being still, it tends to be difficult.  When we’re so used to texting, tweeting, talking, face booking, phones ringing, music, etc , etc. Being still and quiet is rather unnerving.  So determine that you will (No Matter What!!) go to this place everyday.   When you get there ask the Lord to help you “be still and know that He is God.”  Then read a devotional thought.  It usually will have suggested Scripture to read and study.  Spend time doing that.  Then tell the Lord that you want to know Him intimately.  Praise and thank Him for loving you.  Tell Him about the people you want Him to help.  Share through your praying the tough things you’re dealing with and ask Him for wisdom to know what to do.  Be quiet then and as thoughts come to mind write them in your notebook.   These things will help you hear from God.

I promise you that if you're faithful to meet with the Lord everyday your life will change.  Your decision maker which might have been broken somewhere in your past will begin to make better choices.  You will experience an inner joy that will bring peace.  You will learn to put life’s stuff in God’s hands.
