In the Book of Esther in the Bible there is a statement concerning Esther.  It had to do with her being placed in the palace of the king " for such a time as this" so that she could be a catalyst to save her people, the Jews.  I know that many times in my own life I have found myself in a place of God's choosing for a particular need.

I know so many of the young people who come to us because of great need realize that LifeCare is here "for such a time as this" in their lives.    I know a recent client, mother of six children, certainly feels this way.  She came to us because she had just had a new baby and needed help.  As we began the counseling process we discovered she had endured much trauma and abuse as she grew up in the foster care system.  She lost twins this past year and was struggling so with not being able to properly  grieve for them.  We shared the love of Christ with her and she asked Jesus to be her Lord and Savior.  We then began to help her in the grieving process.  She was so thankful to know that she would someday be reunited with her twins in Heaven for all eternity.  She will continue to come weekly and go through the Disciplsehip Program.

We, at LifeCare, are so privileged to be here "for such a time as this" in many lives.
